Accounting Specialist / Accounting Assistant
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

• Check voucher and local check preparation
• Monitoring and collection of accounts receivable
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable and prepation of monthly Aging Schedule and Reconciliation Report
• Preparation of Cash Disbursement Journal
• Preparation of Journal Vouchers as necessary
• Assist in the analysis of accounts for the preparation of the final Financial Statement (Actual)
• Posting of sales and regular preparation of sales report

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Peach Tree / Quickbooks Accounting Software, MS Office.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Male applicants preferred

Technical Support Associate

• Conduct and assist in technical trainings, seminars, workshops and product demonstration for members of Sales and Marketing Division, clients and allied organizations

• Responsible for providing technical support (including troubleshooting and repairs) and services to clients

• Research and evaluation of existing and new product

• Participate in the development of technical materials and references for all products and making these available to Sales and Marketing Division for purposes of presentation and product launch

• Gathering materials and write-ups for company’s technical newsletter

• Provides continuous update and developments on company’s products used by existing clients, research on product updates / studies

• Coordinate with government and private organizations for schedule and participation to workshops and exhibits
